The DS25BR100 Evaluation Board (EVK) includes the DS25BR100/110 and 120 devices along with three stripline test traces for loss.  The traces are edge-coupled striplines of 14, 28 and 42 inches in length.  The insertion loss (differential S parameter SDD21) is shown in the graph.  As expected, loss is greater as the length of the run increases.  Loss depends upon both the copper losses and dielectric losses of the media along with the layout (cross section) of the trace and the data rate.
