HSC Series
Honeywell TruStability High-accuracy Silicon Ceramic (HSC) series is a piezoresistive silicon pressure sensor offering a ratiometric analog or digital output for reading pressure over the specified full-scale pressure span and temperature range. The HSC series is fully calibrated and temperature compensated for sensor offset, sensitivity, temperature effects, and nonlinearity using an on-board application-specific integrated circuit (ASIC). Calibrated output values for pressure are updated at approximately 1 kHz for analog and 2 kHz for digital.
The HSC series is calibrated over the temperature range of 0°C to +50°C (+32°F to +122°F). The sensor is characterized for operation from a single power supply of either 3.3 VDC or 5.0 VDC.
TSC Series
Honeywell TruStability TSC series are piezoresistive silicon pressure sensors offering a ratiometric analog output for reading pressure over the specified full scale pressure span and temperature range.
The TSC is temperature compensated and unamplified. Compensation makes it easier to integrate the sensor into a system by eliminating the need to calibrate the system over temperature and also offers reduced part-to-part variation. The compensated temperature range is 0°C to +85°C (-32°F to +185°F). The operating temperature range is -40°C to +85°C (-40°F to +185°F).
It measures differential or gauge pressures. The differential versions allow measurement of pressure between two pressure ports. Gauge versions are referenced to atmospheric pressure and provide an output proportional to pressure variations from atmosphere.
The TSC series sensors are intended for use with non-corrosive, non-ionic gases, such as air. Port 1 can also be used for non-corrosive, non-ionic liquids on sensors rated above 60 mbar - 6 kPa - 1 psi.
NSC Series
Honeywell TruStability NSC series are piezoresistive silicon pressure sensors offering a ratiometric analog output for reading pressure over the specified full-scale pressure span and temperature range. The NSC series is both unamplified and uncompensated. It allows customers to perform their calibration while benefiting from the excellent stability, accuracy, and repeatability that Honeywell TruStability Pressure Sensors provide.
The sensor will operate as specified from -40°C to +85°C (-40°F to +185°F). It also measures absolute, differential, or gauge pressures. The NSC series sensors are intended for use with non-corrosive, non-ionic gases, such as air. Port 1 can also be used for non-corrosive, non-ionic liquids on sensors rated above 60 mbar - 6 kPa - 1 psi.
SSC Series
The TruStability Standard Accuracy Silicon Ceramic (SSC) series is fully calibrated and temperature compensated for sensor offset, sensitivity, temperature effects, and nonlinearity using an on-board ASIC. Calibrated output values for pressure are updated at approximately 1 kHz for analog and 2 kHz for digital.
The SSC series is calibrated over the temperature range of -20°C to +85°C (-4°F to +185°F). The sensor is characterized for operation from a single power supply of either 3.3 VDC or 5.0 VDC.
These sensors measure absolute, gauge, or differential pressures. The absolute versions have an internal vacuum reference and an output value proportional to absolute pressure. Gauge versions are referenced to atmospheric pressure and provide an output proportional to atmospheric pressure variations. Differential versions allow the measurement of pressure between two pressure ports.
DPR Series
The TruStability DPR series is a piezoresistive silicon pressure sensor that offers a ratiometric analog output for measuring pressure across its full scale and temperature range. Thanks to an on-board ASIC, it is fully calibrated and compensated for offset, sensitivity, and temperature effects.
Calibrated output values for pressure are updated at approximately 1 kHz for analog. The DPR series is calibrated over the temperature range of -20°C to +70°C (-4°F to +185°F). The sensor is characterized for operation from a single power supply of 5.0 VDC.
These sensors measure differential or gauge pressures. The robust and durable housing, with its industry-standard mounting configuration and a choice of flexible electrical terminations, is designed to withstand challenging application environments.
RSC Series
The TruStability RSC series is a piezoresistive silicon pressure sensor offering a digital output for reading pressure over the specified full-scale pressure span and temperature range. It is calibrated and temperature compensated for sensor offset, sensitivity, temperature effects, and nonlinearity using a 24-bit analog-to-digital converter with integrated EEPROM.
Pressure data may be acquired at rates between 20 and 2000 samples per second over a serial peripheral interface (SPI). It is intended for use with non-corrosive, non-ionic gases, such as air and other dry gases. It is designed and manufactured according to ISO 9001 standards and is REACH and RoHS compliant.
