Product List
On this slide two part numbers, one standard and one DSC, are shown with different dissipated powers, resulting in a difference of 5°C. On the left the DSC device is supporting a 1 W load at 53°C and the standard part is 58°C, while at 2 watts the same parts are at 75°C and 80°C. This shows the difference while using the same silicon, only the package form has been changed. The lower temperature operation can be a very important benefit in actual applications.
