The BD9B305QUZ is a buck DC/DC with built-in power FET targeted for second stage conversion from 2.5 V to 5.5 V input down to as low as 0.6 V output voltage and 3 A output current to power the latest system-on-chip deep sub-micron processes. Constant on-time topology provides good transient response along with low quiescent current of only 15 µA in a compact 2 mm x 2 mm flip-chip package, making this a good choice for the latest designs. A primary use for this part is the conversion of voltages for point-of-load application to power high-speed digital chips.
