The QE128 devices can run at 50 MHz CPU frequency down to 2.1 V, which allows peripherals to be configured in microseconds, large data tables can be copied and searched rapidly, and complex calculations performed faster. Below 2.1 V, QEs can still run at 20 MHz CPU frequency allowing more time in low power mode. At 1.8 V, the flash can be reprogrammed to update variables and constants as well as software updates.
