As previously stated, the PTS AT is excellent in maintaining its temperature characteristic over time when subject to extreme conditions. On average, the temperature drift specification for the PTS AT after 1000 hours storage, at the peak operating temperature of 175°C is negligible (0.01°C) as shown in Figure C. When the PTS AT is subject to 1000 hours of thermal cycling, from -55°C to 125°C, the result is a higher temperature drift, as is noted in Figure D. However, by the majority of application standards this magnitude of drift is still extremely low and very stable.
