The Munich GUI writes a triangular wave to the DAC with the ADC monitoring on P1. Since P1 is configured as a DAC with ADC readback, the engineer can see the waveform without requiring the use of another port and external wiring loop as in previous example. Sending the triangle waveform to the DAC and sampling at the same time with sample-rate ~15 Ksps allows the DAC to fully settle. On the right-hand plot, the blue line is the DAC, and the turquoise line is the ADC, this screenshot is zoomed in to view the difference with the ADC reading the level one sample later, and hence shifting to the right.
