Honeywell is rounding out its SMART Position Sensor portfolio with this new 360° Rotary configuration. With this launch, Honeywell now offers customers a portfolio of SMART Position Sensors that encompass the most basic geometric configurations. The SMART linear position sensor utilizes non-contact sensing in a linear range. The SMART arc position sensor utilizes a magnet to sense position within an angular range. Honeywell has combined both of these technologies to design this new rotary configuration that provides 360° non-contact angular sensing.
