In addition to the buck evaluation boards discussed, the EPC9001 and EPC9002 are half bridge development boards with onboard LM5113 gate drive featuring the 40V EPC2015 and 100V EPC2001 respectively. The purpose of the development boards is to simplify the evaluation of the eGaN FETs by including all the critical components on a single board that can be easily connected into any existing converter. All of these evaluation tools are available from DigiKey.
