Additional demonstration boards have been built using the LM5113 driver from Texas Instruments and the EPC eGaN FETs. The LM5113LLPEVB is a Non-Isolated Buck converter for 48V to 10V conversion at 10A. Here the EPC2001 eGaN FET / LM5113 solution is compared at 800kHz versus a MOSFET solution running at 500kHz. You can see how the eGaN FET solution completely enveloped the MOSFET solution.
