Vishay is introducing a new series of polymer tantalum products using the MAP process. The T58 series is compatible with facedown technology and achieves high capacitance density. Recently introduced are the 10 µF and 22 µF, 6.3 V ratings in an 0603 case size which has a height profile of 0.9 mm. Additionally, 47 µF, 6.3 V and 10 µF, 6.3 V ratings have been introduced in 0805 and 1206 case sizes, respectively.
