Shown here is a comparison of the ESR change with temperature change between conductive polymer aluminum solid capacitors and aluminum electrolytic capacitors. Again, the red line represents the conductive polymer while the green line represents aluminum electrolytic capacitors. As temperature drops, the ESR of an aluminum electrolytic capacitor significantly rises. Meanwhile, the ESR of a conductive polymer aluminum solid capacitor remains remarkably stable at low or high temperatures.
