REF2025 Family Of Dual-output, Low-drift, Low-power Voltage References Slide 4

This slide offers a closer look at the REF2025 family. In this family, there are four reference devices. REF2025 offers 2.5 V and 1.25 V outputs; REF2030 offers 3 V and 1.5 V outputs; REF2033 offers 3.3 V and 1.65 V outputs; and REF2041 offers 4.096 V and 2.048 V outputs. As mentioned previously, it is industry’s only dual-output reference. A positive feature of this device is how accurately the reference voltage and bias voltage track each other with a low temperature drift of 6 ppm/°C from -40°C to 85°C. This enables high precision applications in which an accurate voltage is needed to level shift the input signal to ADC. Additionally, the REF2025 family of devices offer excellent temperature drift and initial accuracy on both outputs while operating at a low quiescent current of 360 µA. In addition, the dropout voltage is extremely low, 90% lower than the nearest competitor, which allows operation from very low input voltages. Having the ability to drive heavy capacitive loads up to 10 μF enables the REF2025 family to be used with multiple ADCs while maintaining stable operation. From the space perspective, since it is a one-chip solution in a SOT-23 package, it offers a 60% smaller layout space than the discrete solution, which makes design and board layout easier.
