ROHM’s BD57011AGWL is a 5 W BPP receiver IC certified for Qi 1.2.2. This has the required Foreign Object Detection (FOD) built-in. The receiver has fully synchronous rectifier input with 80 mΩ MOSFETs. The output voltage is adjustable from 4.3 V to 5.3 V with an external resistor and can deliver a maximum of 1.1 A. ROHM’s standard protection features are integrated in the receiver. The IC package is WL-CSP 42 pin in a 3.36 mm x 2.62 mm x 0.57 mm size. This power is ideal for smart phone, cell phone, and hand held mobile devices.
