Infineon offers several resources for engineers looking to become familiar with the EXCELON™ F-RAM. Visit Infineon’s site to get more information about the family and to download datasheets, application notes, whitepapers, and product brochures. Engineers also evaluate EXCELON F-RAM using the easy-to-use CY15FRAMKIT-002 development kit. This kit features a 4 Mbit Quad SPI EXCELON Ultra F-RAM. It is compatible with the ST-NUCLEO MCU evaluation board and offers Morpho headers for Quad SPI evaluation. It is also compatible with any Arduino UNO R3 compatible boards for SPI mode. Infineon has created software drivers to enable EXCELON F-RAM on popular microcontrollers from leading chipset suppliers. For more information on these software tools, visit Infineon’s Github page.
