EM’s latest family of air-filled, replaceable-battery beacons is the EMBC2x. Their outdoor range is up to 200 meters and with the correct advertising parameters, they provide up to ten years of life from a single battery. They have the over-the-air configurability previously discussed, red and green LEDs, and a push button. They have modular RF certification, and are available with or without an IP64-rated round housing, as shown here.
