ADR34xx Series Voltage References

Low cost, high precision, micro power voltage references from Analog Devices

Image of Analog Devices' ADR34xx Series Voltage References ADI's ADR3425 and ADR3450 series of low cost, high precision, micro power voltage references feature ±0.1% initial accuracy and 8 ppm/°C maximum temperature coefficient in a small SOT23-6 package. This new family of precision references uses ADI's proprietary DigiTrim® technology to deliver simultaneously tight output voltage accuracy and low temperature coefficient. Its advanced design further improves the device's low output voltage hysteresis and delivers class-leading long-term drift, which contributes to system stability and reliability. Furthermore, a low operating current of only 100 µA (maximum) facilitates usage in low-powered devices, while its low output noise helps maintain signal integrity in critical signal processing systems.
