ADR34xx Series Voltage References
Low cost, high precision, micro power voltage references from Analog Devices
ADI's ADR3425 and ADR3450 series of low cost, high precision, micro power voltage references feature ±0.1% initial accuracy and 8 ppm/°C maximum temperature coefficient in a small SOT23-6 package. This new family of precision references uses ADI's proprietary DigiTrim® technology to deliver simultaneously tight output voltage accuracy and low temperature coefficient. Its advanced design further improves the device's low output voltage hysteresis and delivers class-leading long-term drift, which contributes to system stability and reliability. Furthermore, a low operating current of only 100 µA (maximum) facilitates usage in low-powered devices, while its low output noise helps maintain signal integrity in critical signal processing systems.
