Print-On-Demand floor labels can be created using ToughStripeTM labels (B-483A colors overlaminated with B-634
clear polyester overlaminate).

PERFORMANCE PROPERTY
CHEMICAL RESISTANCE
Samples printed with the Brady Series R6000 Halogen Free and the Brady Series R4900 ribbons. Testing was
conducted after 24 hour dwell. Testing consisted of 5 cycles of 10 minute immersions in the specified chemical
reagent followed by 30 minute recovery periods. After final immersion, samples rubbed 10 times with cotton swab
saturated with test fluid.

ToughStripeTM labels (B-483A colors overlaminated with B-634 clear polyester overlaminate) were tested in the
following chemical reagents. Samples were allowed to dwell 24 hours at room temperature prior to testing. Dip testing
consisted of 5 cycles of 10 minute immersions in the specified chemicals followed by 30 minute recovery periods.
Samples were immersed in the chemical reagent for 7 days for the 7 day immersion test. Testing was conducted at
room temperature.
