It is designed to make it easy for users of any experience level to set up a wireless network, establish performance baselines and thresholds, and collect data from motors, fans, pumps, compressors, and similar equipment.

With this kit, users can avoid unexpected downtime and make more informed decisions about maintenance schedules by detecting problems before a failure can occur. The solution features simple setup. Data is collected after plugging in the box, binding the nodes through the HMI screen, and installing vibration sensors and nodes on the equipment. Performance baselines and thresholds are generated automatically so no programming is required.

The wireless solution kit has visualized data and alarms. The HMI clearly displays alarms and graphs of raw vibration data along with baseline, warning, and alarm values. The kit features local and remote monitoring; access raw data right on the HMI or via the cloud from any network-accessible location.
