电池并联不一定是好主意,我在这上面栽过几次。

问题在于电池的自放电,总有一部分电池似乎存在先天缺陷,有比较高的自放电,这种电池如果被并联在长时间待机的电池组里可能会导致很严重的寿命问题,甚至发生过放。

并联的越多越严重,我一般尽量避免并联。

电池的自放电似乎很难测试,耗时极长,在这个问题上暂时没有什么好办法。

自放电率高的电池(先天缺陷型),即使和正常电池一起充满,长期待机后也会因 “额外放电” 出现偏差。

你可以尝试用一下 MOS管电池均衡电路

均衡控制器

  • 检测差异 :实时采集每节电池的电压,判断是否存在 “自放电导致的电压差”。
  • 控制开关 :若某节电池电压过高,触发其对应的 MOS管导通,启动旁路。

旁路支路

  • MOS管 :相当于 “开关”,受均衡控制器控制通断。
  • 限流电阻 :限制旁路电流(避免过大电流烧毁 MOS管 或电池)。

举例: 假设你有 2 节并联的 Li-ion 电池(A 为正常电池,B 为高自放电电池),长期待机后 A 的 SOC=90%(电压 3.8V),B 的 SOC=70%(电压 3.6V)

工作原理流程:

  1. 差异检测:均衡控制器实时采集 A、B 的电压,发现 A 比 B 高 200mV(超过预设阈值,如 50mV),判断 A 的 SOC 过高(需分流);
  2. 旁路启动:控制器输出信号,导通 A 电池对应的旁路 MOS管;
  3. 电流分流:A 电池的部分充电电流(或待机时的浮充电流)不再进入电芯,而是通过 “MOS管 + 限流电阻” 形成的旁路支路消耗(转化为热量,功率极小,不影响电池安全);
  4. 差异缩小:B 电池因未被分流,可全额接收充电电流,SOC 从 70% 逐步回升;A 电池因分流,SOC 维持在 90% 不再升高,直到 B 的电压追平 A(如均为 3.7V,SOC 均为 80%);
  5. 旁路关闭:控制器检测到电压差消失,断开 A 的 MOS管,均衡结束,避免过度分流导致 A 的 SOC 过低。

注: SOC 即 State of Charge 的缩写,意为荷电状态,表征电池剩余电量百分比,是电池管理系统的核心参数。

注意事项:避免 “均衡越做越糟”

  • 只在充电后期均衡:充电末期电流小,电池内阻 IR 的影响减弱,电压差更能真实反映 “自放电导致的 SOC 差异”(避免误将 “高阻抗电池的电压低” 当成 “自放电 SOC 低”,盲目给高阻抗电池补电);
  • 禁止放电时均衡:放电时电流大,内阻 IR 影响强,电压差可能由阻抗导致,此时旁路会让正常电池过度放电,反而扩大自放电差异。
