Our experienced staff takes pride in providing a detailed quote for all component items. Current customers typically receive a full BOM quote with details, in a day or so. Our processes bring added value to our customer’s projects with ease of assembly audits; all BOM materials supplied based on the chosen assembly facility's floor requirements; and excess Kit materials can be managed on behalf of the customer for cost savings.

Our Project Coordinators:

  • Double check the BOM for part descriptions to match the assigned manufacturer’s part number
  • Provide component lead-times and search for in-stock alternates to meet the project timeline
  • Provide cost and suggest cost saving alternates (MFG or packaging options) for approval
  • Accurate quote for highest yield by including required attrition and media type per assembly chosen
  • BOM scrubbing – filling passive call-outs with MFG and part number for procurement
  • Maintain records of full traceability on components to ensure manufacturers support for our customers

We shop all the sources, compare availability and pricing, issue numerous purchase orders, track multiple shipments and handle various issues from back orders to damaged goods.
