Analog Devices' successive approximation register (SAR) ADC portfolio offers a broad mix of devices from the industry-leading 20-bit LTC2378-20 family with unrivaled 0.5 ppm INL, to devices like the 16-bit, 5 Msps LTC2323 family with wide common mode input range and Nyquist sampling bandwidth. The portfolio consists of resolutions from 8 bits up to our industry-leading 24-bit ADCs, fast no-latency sampling up to 15 Msps, single channel and multiplexed/simultaneous sampling ADCs, and choices of parallel or serial interfaces that offer CMOS or LVDS options.
