The Wolfspeed CCB032M12FM3 is a 1200 volt, 32 milliohm all-silicon carbide six-pack module. The CCB032M12FM3 is part of Wolfspeed’s baseplate-less module family to meet the requirements of medium power applications that provides an excellent solution for fast design implementation; scalability; and lower assembly overhead. The ultra low loss SiC module enables compact, lightweight systems with an increased system efficiency due to the low switching and conduction losses. The CCB032M12FM3 has a zero turn-off tail current from the MOSFET and is normally-off for fail-safe device operation. The module reduces thermal requirements and system cost and is ideal in EV chargers, solar power, high-efficiency converters, motor and traction drive and smart-grid applications.
