RECOM’s R1SX series of 1 W DC/DC converters use an inverted transformer design to reduce the module’s height by 20%. R1SX series converters are open-frame, surface mount, and are built using automated manufacturing to deliver consistent quality at a competitive price. Modules are available with 3.3 or 5 V inputs, and a fixed output of either 3.3 or 5 V with the ability to drive capacitive loads up to 2200 µF. They offer galvanic isolation up to 3 kV, making them ideal isolation on data lines in industrial communication. R1SX converters have multiple safety certifications and can achieve Class A EMC compliance without external inductors.
