nRF5340 SoC | Datasheet Preview

The nRF5340 is a wireless SoC with two Arm Cortex-M33 processors. The high-performance application processor operates at 128 megahertz, has 1 megabyte of Flash and 512 kilobytes of RAM. The efficient network processor runs at 64 megahertz, has 256 kilobytes of Flash and 64 kilobytes of RAM. This SoC supports Bluetooth Low Energy and is capable of all features in Bluetooth 5.2. It also supports Bluetooth mesh, Thread, Zigbee, and other wireless protocols like NFC, ANT, 802.15.4, and 2.4 gigahertz proprietary. It integrates Arm CryptoCell-312 and Arm TrustZone technology for providing the highest level of security. Ideal applications include professional lighting, advanced wearables, industrial, medical, smart home, asset tracking, and more.
