Analog Devices MAX32652 and MAX32660 MCUs | DigiKey Daily

Analog Devices’s MAX32652 and MAX32660 are ultra-low-power MCUs in Analog Devices’s DARWIN family, designed for IoT, wearables, and other battery-powered devices with an Arm® Cortex®-M4 with FPU and class leading memory density. The MAX32652 is designed for complex, battery-power applications operates at up to 120 MHz at 104 µW/MHz. It has 3 MB of flash and 1 MB of SRAM, with multiple memory interfaces for scalability. The MCU offers up to 105 GPIOs in a 140 bump WLP with 0.35 mm pitch. The MAX32660 run at up to 96 MHz at 85µA/MHz for complex sensor processing and long battery life. It’s packaged in a 1.6 mm x 1.6 mm 16 bump WLP, but still offers a variety of interfaces for connecting to sensors and other devices.
