Mass Flow Controller SFC5500 Series Overview

This presentation will provide an overview of the design, features, and applications of the SFC5500 series. It will also present Sensirion’s innovative CMOSens® technology that the mass flow controllers are based on and show how one can use the evaluation kit EK-F5X for fast and easy testing of the SFC5500 mass flow controllers.
