Differential Output Oscillators

TXC Corporation introduces a new lineup of "quartz based" differential Output Oscillators. Known for their excellent phase noise and jitter specs, and addressing higher frequencies than the CMOS oscillator offering, the BB, BC, and BF series come in a 7 mm x 5 mm x 1.3 mm package size, with 3.3 V or 2.5 V operation, and offer frequencies up to 700 MHz in LVPECL output (BB, BC series), with up to 150 MHz in LVDS output (BF series). Higher frequencies are available in LVDS output. Standard offerings feature a frequency stability of ±50 ppm over a -40°C to 85°C temperature range, with ±25 ppm stability over the same temperature range also available.
