720 Series Keypads

Fifteen keypads in the Storm 720 series keypads are designed as 'fit-and-function' alternatives to those original Storm products. Featuring significant improvements in materials, product performance and usability, the new keypads dispense with the familiar 'rubber top' construction. Instead, they present a more hardwearing and contemporary user interface manufactured from rigid engineering-grade polymers. They are a much tougher and aesthetically improved product.

The keypads can be specified with a variety of keytop options. Notably, the keypad range includes a more secure and much improved capability for creating custom keytop graphics. All fifteen keypads in the 720 series are designed for use with the optional Storm 450 and 450i USB Interface devices, providing out-of-the-box compatibility with USB-equipped host systems.

720BLK Series
High-contrast white keytop characters are permanently laser marked on black polymer keys. Function keys are presented in an easily recognizable color-coded format to present a contemporary and visually striking keypad. Available in standard 4, 12, and 16 key formats.

720TFX/720TFX-i Series
The keypads are designed for use in the harsh industrial environments. High contrast white keytops are permanently laser engraved with black characters. These keypads are also available with integral white light LED illumination for use in dark or partially lit locations. Available in standard 4, 12, and 16 key formats.

720GFX/720GFX-i Series
Keytop graphics can be easily customized by the location of thin plastic tiles under 'snap-on' transparent keycaps. Once snapped into place the tamper-resistant keycaps encapsulate and protect the keytop graphics. The keypads are designed for use in harsh industrial environments. These keypads are also available with integral, white light LED illumination for use in dark or partially lit locations. Available in standard 4, 12, and 16 key formats.
