Molex's TM-3000 / TM-4000 Universal Crimp Press Molex's TM-3000 Universal Crimp Press provides an effective method of applying a wide range of side and rear-feed terminals to pre-stripped discrete wire and cable.

The TM-3000 press is an inexpensive, electrically-controlled, direct-drive press designed for mid-volume, semi-automatic bench operations. This industry standard press will accept the most common industry standard applicators in the market place, thereby reducing tooling costs and providing production flexibility. This Molex air-feed crimp press will also accept Molex air-feed applicators that process product mounted on Mylar tape.

The Molex TM-4000 Universal Crimp Press provides an effective method of applying a wide range of side- and rear-feed terminals to large lug products. The TM-4000 press is an inexpensive, electrically controlled, direct-drive press designed for mid-volume, semi-automatic bench-top operations.

The industry standard TM-4000 Universal Crimp Press will accept the most common industry-standard applicators in the market place. In addition, this crimp press accepts any Molex applicator, including air-feed applicators that process terminals mounted on Mylar tape. This flexibility reduces tooling costs and provides production flexibility.

Fully-automatic machines: For high volumes, Molex offers our industry standard applicator tools to increase the end users' productivity. Our applicators will process most of the industry standard wire processors in the marketplace. For tools in this category, production rates of up to 3,000 terminations per hour for discrete wire are not uncommon depending on the application.
