Image of Insight SiP's ISP1807 Bluetooth® Module with MCU and Antenna Insight SiP’s ISP1807-LR is a full Bluetooth 5.0 module in a miniature system-in-package (SiP) format. It is based on Nordic Semi’s nRF52840 chipset and includes all passives, matching, crystals, and an integrated antenna. It is a highly capable device with 1 Mb of Flash and 256 K RAM, USB driver, Arm^® Cryptocell, and many other peripheral interfaces including QSPI, UART, I²C, and GPIOs.

Multiprotocol software support is supplied with BLE 5.0, Zigbee 3.0, Thread and ANT+ stacks available, using Nordic Semiconductor’s market proven range of soft devices.

With full FCC, CE, Telec, and BT SiG certification provided and all RF function encapsulated and working, this module provides a fast time-to-market route for electronic designers wishing to take advantage of the latest generation of Bluetooth technology or wish to use one of the other protocol options such as Zigbee or Thread. The module can also support simultaneous multiprotocol functions, so it can act as a BLE-Zigbee gateway.
