接触式温度传感器 通过直接接触测量物体或物质的冷热程度。它们通常用于检测不同固体、液体或气体中的广泛温度范围。
非接触式温度传感器 从不直接接触物体或物质,因此它们广泛用于危险环境,如发电厂行业。它们通过热源发出的辐射来测量某物的冷热程度。

热电偶
热电偶有两根导线,包含两种不同的金属(例如铜和康铜),它们在两个不同的点连接形成一个接点。一个点称为“冷接点”,保持在特定温度,另一个点称为“热接点”。当两根导线的接点经历温度变化时,会产生电动势(EMF)。正是两根导线之间的EMF差异记录了温度变化。热电偶具有成本效益,并且具有广泛的温度范围(-200°C至1750°C)。
关键特性
- 温度范围: -200°C至+2500°C,取决于热电偶的类型(例如,K型、J型、T型、E型、N型、R型、S型、B型)
- 精度: 在±1°C至±3°C之间。
- 工作原理: 塞贝克效应,即两种不同导体的温度差会在两种物质之间产生电压差的现象。
- 灵敏度: 相对较低,通常在10到50 µV/°C范围内。
- 快速 响应:热电偶能够快速响应温度变化,适合动态测量。
- 成本 :热电偶通常比其他类型的温度传感器便宜。

- 在需要耐用性、宽温度范围和快速响应时间的情况下特别有用。例如:
- 炉窑: 在金属生产、玻璃制造和陶瓷中监测高温。
- 发动机和飞机: 测量排气温度(EGT)以监控和优化发动机性能。监测飞机中的涡轮和排气温度。
