This slide outlines the value or benefit of using the ADGM1304 or ADGM1004 in load or probe board applications. The schematic on the left shows an example of an RF and Digital/DC device under test (DUT) board configuration, where 14 SPDT RF Relays are currently required to achieve the filtering and Digital/DC test function routing. The schematic on the right then shows the alternative MEMS Switch approach, where the number of switches have been reduced to 6 of either ADGM1304 or ADGM1004, with subsequent board design simplification and also opportunity of increased functionality with additional lines from the Digital/DC Source.
