SiTime Automotive Grade Oscillators - SiT8924b | DigiKey Daily
SiTime’s SiT8924B series of high reliability, AEC-Q100 compliant oscillators are designed for automotive and other extreme temperature applications. SiT8924B oscillators are built on SiTime’s MEMS First™ process, including EpiSeal™, which ensures the best performance and reliability in harsh environments. The series provides a unique combination of a wide range of frequencies, excellent stability, and a wide temperature range in a small 2.0 mm x 1.6 mm package. The oscillators can be used as a drop in replacement for quartz oscillators and also have very shock and vibration tolerance. SiT8924B oscillators offer low power consumption and a standby mode for longer battery life, and they have configurable drive strength and rise and fall times to optimize EMI and prevent interference to other systems.
