STMicroelectronics' scalable and secure bootflash microcontroller is designed for industrial, medical, and consumer applications

They are currently the highest-performing STM32 Cortex®-M7 at 600 MHz. The STM32H7R7 and STM32H7S7 are the most cost-effective solutions within the STM32H7 series bootflash MCU with high-speed external memory interfaces for real-time XiP for future-proof applications. The devices include a 2D GUI up to WSVGA with limited CPU load for more room for real-time tasks and state-of-art security enabling ST-iRoT, memory protection, crypto, and authentication.

    • SESIP level 3 security, including on-the-fly decrypt and encrypt from external memories (MCE) and secure boot to anticipate future security directives
    • Most secure Cortex-M7 based STM32 to date
  • Mid-level graphics applications
    • Utilize the industry standard Chrom-ART for 2D GUI applications
    • FMC or SPI interfaces to connect parallel and serial displays
    • Single and dual quad/octo interface, and x16 serial PSRAM or 32-bit SDRAM, with 400 Mbytes/S to 800 Mbytes/S
