MediaGauge™ Digital Pressure Gauges
SSI Technologies offers a wide variety of digital pressure gauges that work in ultra low pressure ranges
The MediaGauge series digital pressure gauges from SSI Technologies Inc. are media isolated piezoresistive pressure sensors integrated with a housing and LCD display. All sensors are laser welded and NEMA 4X rated. The integrated LCD screen can be configured to display pressure in PSI, BAR, or MPA. Additionally, ‘Ft of Head’ units is an option that is available on the MG-9V and MG-MD series.
Typical applications for the MediaGauge sensors include refrigeration, fuel cells, hydraulics, process control, spraying systems, pneumatics, compressors, flow, robotics, agriculture, and hydrogen storage.
The MediaGauge series offers a wide variety of digital pressure gauges that work in ultra low pressure ranges (≤15psi), low pressure ranges (50 psi to 200 psi), medium pressure ranges (300 psi to 750 psi), and high pressure ranges (1000 to 5000 psi).
Highlights
- MG-9V series: Stand alone unit powered with a 9V battery. Power saver function will shut LCD off after 5 minutes of inactivity, prolonging battery life. 0.25% full scale accuracy. 316L stainless steel diaphragm.
- MG1-9V series: Lower cost version of MG-9V with a 1% full scale accuracy.
- MGA-9V series: Lower cost version of MG-9V with a 1% full scale accuracy. This series is for dry air and non-corrosive gases only as there is no stainless steel diaphragm.
- MG-MD series: Powered by external 10-18 VDC power source. 4-20 mA output signal with an NPN limit switch. 0.25% full scale accuracy. 316L stainless steel diaphragm.
Note: All sensors with 316L stainless steel diaphragm may be used with compatible gasses and liquids.
