Lumex now offers high power LED solutions in an RGB package

Image of Lumex's AstraLED™ RGB Lumex is proud to introduce the AstraLED™ RGB (SML-LX1610RGBW/A). This leading-edge technology provides ultra-bright, full-color output in a 3-Watt high power package. Lumex's AstraLED™ RGB can deliver light intensity of 25/25/8 lumens at 300 mA (red), 350 mA (green) and 350 mA (blue) of current respectively with an operating temperature of -30°C to +85°C.

The use of an AstraLED™ RGB can result in up to a 30% cost savings as well as 67% real estate package savings when compared to the use of individual high power red, green and blue packages. The use of a single RGB package also enhances production efficiencies as a single part number eliminates the need for three separate LED part numbers.

Lumex's AstraLED™ RGB responds to the needs of the marketplace with color innovation that offers even greater flexibility to design engineers. RoHS compliant.
