High Voltage Automotive AECQ 600 W TVS Diodes – TPSMB-VR Series
Littelfuse's TPSMB-VR series 600 W, AECQ-qualified TVS diode is ideal for protecting vulnerable circuits in automotive applications
Littelfuse's TPSMB-VR series transient voltage suppression (TVS) diode provides secondary protection of sensitive automotive and other electronics from transients induced by load dump and other transient voltage events. The TPSMB-VR series complies with the automotive electronics council's Q101 stress test qualification for automotive-grade discrete semiconductors (AEC-Q101 qualified). It is ideal for protecting I/O interfaces, VCC bus, and other vulnerable circuits used in automotive applications. TPSMB-VR series has varying breakdown voltages ratings than its sister series, TPSMB, providing additional protection ratings.

- 600 W peak pulse power capability at 10/1000 μs waveform, repetition rate (duty cycles): 0.01%
- High-reliability application and automotive grade AEC-Q101 qualified
- SMB package (DO-214AA)
- Breakdown voltage range from 7.2 V to 543 V for both unidirectional and bidirectional devices
- Excellent clamping capability
- IEC-61000-4-2 ESD 30 kV (air), 30 kV (contact)
