EPC9205: 10A, 0 ~ 80V, Half H-Bridge Driver

Summary

EPC9205, is 80 V, 10 A PCB-based power module featuring the 100 V EPC2045 (EPC2204 is the recommended replacement)eGaNĀ® FET for "plug and play" evaluation of the high performance gained with gallium nitride power transistors. The purpose of this development board is to simplify the evaluation process of the EPC2045 (EPC2204 is the recommended replacement) eGaN FET by including all the critical components on a single board that can be easily connected into any existing system.

The EPC9205 power module exceeds 1400 W/in3 and features two EPC2045 (EPC2204 is the recommended replacement)eGaN FETs in a half bridge configuration, in combination with the UPI uP1966A gate driver. The board contains all critical components and layout for optimal switching performance and can be easily connected into any existing system. The EPC9205 development board is 13.5 mm x 22 mm x 5 mm.
